King hit .667 with four runs, a double, a home run and three RBIs during the tournament.

Will King was selected to the ASUN Conference Championship All-Tournament Team.King was the only receiver selected on the 11-man all-tournament squad.
The New York, New York sophomore has played in three of Eastern Kentucky’s four games. He hit .667 with four runs, a double, a home run and three RBIs. King had eight hits for 12 at bat. He posted a 1,000 slugging percentage.
In Game 1 of the tournament against North Florida, King had one hit, one walk and two RBIs. He tied the game late in the first with a sacrifice fly, then gave the Colonels the lead for good with an RBI single in the fifth.
In Game 2 against Jacksonville State, he went 3-for-5 with a run scored.
Against the No. 1 seed Liberty in the semifinals, King had a 4-on-4 game with one home run, three runs scored and one RBI. He helped the Colonels take an early 3-0 lead when he singled and scored in the second inning. His fifth-inning home run tied the score at 5-5.
EKU won all three pool matches to earn a spot in the semi-finals of the ASUN tournament. The Colonels finished the season 38-20, ASUN West Division champions and tied for the best ASUN conference record. This is the most wins for an EKU team since the 1990 team won 42 games.
