Momentum Summer Indoor Training Offers:

Athletic Performance Training – Training designed specifically for an individual to increase general and specialized athletic performance. It is essential to improve an athlete’s ability to master the skills of their chosen sport, reduce the risk of injury and gain a competitive advantage. Programmed individually or in small groups, each athlete follows a workout designed specifically to teach the proper movement patterns that will improve their speed, power, agility, and more. Athletes in all sports benefit from sports performance training.

Sports performance training is scheduled on an individual basis or in small groups from Tuesday to Friday.
