CLEVELAND (WJW) – Major League Baseball is coming back very soon – or should be, if players and team owners come to an agreement.

Aside from the lockout, the newly appointed Cleveland Guardians plan to travel to Goodyear, Ariz. For spring practice, with their first game against the Cincinnati Reds on February 26. Today the team announced tickets for the preseason games. sale later this week.

Tickets for a match can only be purchased online at CLEGuardians.com/Spring from 10 a.m. on Saturday.

The Guardians’ coldest season opener will be on March 31 against Kansas City at Progressive Field.

Regarding a contract resolution, players union chief Tony Clark offered the following in a statement. “We remain committed to negotiating a new collective agreement that strengthens competition, improves the product for our fans, and advances the rights and benefits of our members.”
